"The Care Instructions Were a Little Too Basic"
I ordered some floral supplies and made sure to read through the care and handling guide they sent over, because I really wanted everything to last as long as possible. The instructions were fine in a general sense, but they were also generic, mostly the usual stuff like trimming the stems, keeping the flowers cool, and changing the water. That is helpful to a point, but I was hoping for something a little more specific to the actual flowers I received.
A few of the bunches still started wilting sooner than I expected, even though I felt like I was doing what the guide said. I did reach out to customer service, and they were polite enough, but I wouldn't say they gave me much extra information beyond what I already had. Overall, the order wasn't terrible, but I do wish the care guidance had been clearer and more detailed.
"Really frustrating lack of response"
I emailed customer service and didn’t hear back for days — I think it was around last Tuesday or Wednesday, maybe earlier, I can’t remember exactly. Either way, it felt like I was just being ignored. Really frustrating experience, and I don’t see myself using them again.

"Make it make sense with these prices"
I don’t know, the prices just felt way too high for what you actually get. I was expecting better quality or at least better value, but it really didn’t feel worth it. Like, make it make sense. I probably wouldn’t order again.

"Signup just felt like a bad sign"
I tried making an account on directfloral.com, it was way more frustrating than it needed to be. Right away, I had that feeling like this was going to be one of those clunky sites that fights you the whole time.
The form kept throwing errors, but it didn’t clearly tell me what was wrong. I retyped my info a few times, double-checked everything, and it still wouldn’t let me finish. It just felt outdated and kind of poorly put together.
After a while, I gave up. My gut says if signing up is already this much of a hassle, actually ordering from them probably isn’t going to be much better.

"Couldn't really get through the website"
I don’t know if it was just my browser or what, but the site was kind of a pain to use. Some pages loaded strangely, and when I got to checkout I wasn’t really sure what was happening. After messing with it for about ten minutes, I just gave up.

"Canceling took way too much effort"
I tried to cancel an order on directfloral.com it was more frustrating than I expected. I couldn’t find a simple cancel button or any clear instructions, so I ended up having to reach out for help.
By the time someone finally responded, I was already annoyed and worried the order would go through anyway. Maybe other people have better luck, but for me the whole cancellation process was a mess. Not doing that again.

My order showed up late, about half of it looked rough. What bothered me even more was that the expectations kept seeming to shift, like the goalposts were moving after the fact. I just wanted it to arrive on time and in decent shape, and that didn’t really happen.

I was disappointed when the flowers arrived because they were already wilted and just didn’t look fresh at all. What confused me even more was that the email made it sound like everything was fine and on track, but what showed up was a totally different story. Not the quality I expected.

I ordered this because the product details made it seem like exactly what I needed, but what showed up didn’t really match. The sizing felt wrong, the look was different than expected, and overall it was just disappointing. save your time and don’t rely too much on the description.
"Order Wasn’t Accurate"
I ordered from directfloral.com and was disappointed when the flowers arrived. Some of the items weren’t what I actually picked, a few colors were different, and the stem count seemed off too. The delivery itself was fine, but the accuracy of the order really wasn’t acceptable. I ended up having to adjust everything last minute, which was frustrating. I think they need to take more responsibility for making sure customers get exactly what they paid for.

"Got my order, but fixing damaged items was a hassle"
I ordered some floral supplies from directfloral.com, and a few things arrived damaged. I get it, shipping issues happen sometimes, especially with this kind of stuff. But it felt like getting it sorted out was more work than it needed to be. Customer service did respond, though it took a while, and I had to send extra photos before anything moved forward. They did eventually offer a resolution, so I’ll give them credit for that, but the whole process wasn’t very smooth. I might order again at some point, but probably not anytime soon.

I was trying to place an order, but I couldn’t find clear info on who actually supplies the flowers. Maybe it’s there somewhere, but I’m tired of digging through service details just to feel comfortable buying something. It made the whole thing feel a little hidden, so I ended up not ordering.

"Limited selection and a frustrating experience"
I was hoping there would be more options for what I needed, but the selection felt limited. The variety just wasn’t there, which was disappointing. On top of that, I kind of felt talked down to when I asked about other choices, like I should’ve already known they didn’t have much. Overall, not the best experience

"The minimum order was a bit much"
I just wanted to place a small flower order, nothing wild, but the minimum requirement was shockingly higher than I expected. It felt like I was trying to arrange a royal banquet instead of buying a few flowers. it’s not very helpful if you only need a couple of items. I ended up giving up and ordering somewhere else, which was frustrating.

I’ve had mixed luck with these. A few bunches looked really fresh and nice, while others seemed a little past their best. Not terrible overall, but the quality wasn’t quite consistent.

I needed to change my delivery window and they just weren’t able to help at all. It was frustrating, especially when my plans shifted last minute. I probably wouldn’t use them again for anything that needs to arrive at a specific time...

"Disappointing delivery for a gift"
I ordered these flowers for my mom, so I was really looking forward to them arriving nicely. Unfortunately, the box showed up crushed, the flowers were loose inside, and water had leaked all over the place. It was frustrating to deal with and definitely not what I expected.

"I got charged twice on my card..."
I got charged twice on my card, i thought it would be a quick fix. Like, okay, mistakes happen, just refund the extra charge, right? But support kept telling me to wait, and meanwhile I’m sitting here checking my account like, is this actually getting handled or not? Still no refund, and it’s been really frustrating.

My experience was disappointing. The product itself might be fine for some people, but dealing with the return was a hassle. My refund took way longer than it should have, and the responses I got didn’t really answer my questions. I felt like I had to keep following up just to get a basic update.
